About Me – Myself Smt. Sampada Vanjare

After completing many years of dedicated service as a government servant with the State Government, I am now enjoying a peaceful and meaningful retired life. My career taught me discipline, patience, and the satisfaction of contributing to society. Today, I carry those values with me as I embrace new passions and new beginnings.

I am blessed with two wonderful sons who continue to inspire me with their strength and achievements. Their support and encouragement have always been a guiding light in my life.

A New Dream –Starting My own Food Business

Now, I am excited to begin a brand-new journey. Very soon, I am starting my own food business, something I have dreamed about for a long time. Cooking has always been my strength and passion, and now I want to share my flavors, recipes, and love for food with a larger community. This new venture is not just a business for me—it is a dream coming to life. With the support of my family and the experience I have gained over the years, I am ready to step into the world of homemade, authentic, and lovingly prepared food.I look forward to bringing joy to people through my dishes and building a business that reflects quality, taste, and tradition.

My Favorite Dishes

I enjoy preparing a wide range of dishes, including:

Kathal sabji, Kaju gravy, Masale bhat, Biryani,  Different types of salads and achar, Chhunda, Simple dal rice, Pithale Bhakri, Baingan Bharta etc.Each dish carries its own story and flavor. These dishes reflect my love for both traditional flavors and creative cooking.

A Special Legacy – My Mother’s recipe of Karanji (Ghoogra)

Among all the recipes I know, Karanji or Ghoogra holds a very special place in my heart. It is my mother’s signature recipe, filled with memories, warmth, and love. The delicate crust, the perfectly balanced sweet filling, and the traditional method she taught me have made this dish a family treasure. Through this, I hope to keep my mother’s legacy alive and allow others to taste the magic she passed down to me.
